I knew it

I absolutely knew Darcy would appear during my relatives trip to his estate. Although I am quite surprised to hear the good words coming from his house keepers. I cannot attest to their accuracy, but I have the slight feeling that my daughter may have misjudged this man. The Gardiners seem to think that he is rather different from the accounts given to them by Lizzie. I should see this man and his behavior for myself.

  1. You must give Mr. Darcy some credit. You cannot judge a man by what some others think of him. He is man that cares about Lizzie. Lizzie feels that she did misjudge him and regrets that mistake.

  2. I did not plan to be in my house when Elizabeth arrived, but it is my house. I do know that Elizabeth has prejudice against me. Mainly for a comment that I imprudently spoke without truly knowing her. I would be delighted to have a dinner at my house.

  3. Mr. Bennet, Mr. Darcy is not the man everyone first thought he was. Proud and arrogant is not who he truly is. We are all guilty of being somewhat proud at times. I think everyone should give Darcy a break, for a truly is a good guy.

  4. In Darcy's defense, he should have the right to be in his own house while there are visitors. I am sure you have worse things to worry about, like your daughter Lydia. Darcy is a good man. You need to start finding the good in him. I know I have.
